What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Shipping times & cost
Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days (destination-dependent).
Free shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts, before taxes).
Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Tracking
Track your parcel via the link in your email, or visit /pages/track-order.
Customs/VAT
Some countries charge import duties/VAT. These are paid by the customer and vary by destination.
Address changes / cancellation
We can modify or cancel your order before it ships. Email support@beloriahair.com with your order number ASAP.
Returns & exchanges (14-day satisfaction)
Unused items in original condition/packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email support@beloriahair.com for an RMA and return instructions (returns without RMA may be refused).
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged/defective, email us within 7 days with photos/video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Non-returnable items
Used items, missing accessories, or products not in resellable condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy cards. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by PayTR. Eligible Turkish cards can use installments at checkout. We never store your card details.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change the item, color/plug or address, email support@beloriahair.com within 12 hours of purchase and we’ll update or cancel your order. Once the order is processed or a tracking number is created, changes aren’t possible (carrier redirection isn’t guaranteed). If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship for an additional postage fee or refund the item price minus shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide to most countries. Remote areas or PO boxes may have limited service. Duties/taxes (if any) are collected by your local customs.
How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1–3 business days.
Delivery estimates: US/UK/EU 7–12 business days, CA/AU 8–14 business days, others 10–20 business days. Peak seasons or customs can add a few days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes free shipping on orders over $50. Below that, discounted rates are shown at checkout (e.g., from $2 US / $3 UK).
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch. If you can’t find it, contact support@beloriahair.com and we’ll resend it.
